Kyle Durand
President
A retired Commander of the Navy JAG Corps and a combat veteran, Kyle has built a significant body of experience in guiding private companies, primarily in the software and technology sectors, through the complicated and often confusing maze of financial and legal decisions they face on a daily basis. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy, a Juris Doctrorate from the University of Southern California and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Washington and is licensed to practice law in California, Washington, Oregon and the District of Columbia.
Randall Chalawsky
Director Business Development / Partner Solutions
Randall joined Guidon with twenty years of experience in designing and executing winning customer and growth strategies for media and technology companies. Previous senior roles include those at CBS, HBO, and Levity Entertainment Group (sold to AMC Networks). He earned his MBA from USC.
Cynthia Durand
Compliance Officer
Cynthia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting at Western Washington University then her Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University. She is a member of the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. Cynthia has more than 15 years of progressive experience in corporate and government financial compliance.
